Once upon a time there was a family that wanted to start a blog to keep their family and friends update. And then that family got busy. We are sorry. We will give you an update, but we are going to go backwards to see just how much I can remember. We have been getting great "buddy time" with some other babies. Malachi came to visit for the day while his parents were at work. It was fun pretending we had twins for the day, but when it was time for his mommy to come get him I was so content with just one baby.
You might remember that Gabriel got a new hat for his 3 month birthday, and that we stole the idea from his friend John. Then when we saw John we stole his actual hat as well! But it was just for a photo op, then we returned both hats to their respective owners.
Gabriel doesn't know it yet, but he is a big sports fan. He loves the Twins, cheers for the Minnesota Gophers and the Wisconsin Badgers, and is undecided about the NFL. (He did seem pretty excited about the Packers in the Superbowl though, I must say.) He and Jon have been getting in some quality March Madness time the past few weeks. There is always next year Duke!
Both Grandmas have been here to visit in the past two weeks, but somehow I cannot find a single picture of either Grandma with Gabriel. My camera is mysteriously full of pictures neither Jon or I took though. Very curious.
